The CIMENICS international conferences series aim to provide a forum where recent advances and future directions in the numerical simulations applied in engineering and applied sciences are discussed by engineers and scientists from industry and academia worldwide. The topics covered in the conference should be of great interest not only to numerical analysts but also to professionals and researchers involved in the most important technological lines of productive areas in their respective countries.
