The Journal of the Faculty of Engineering (Revista de la Facultad de Ingeniería UCV), is a publication of the Central University of Venezuela (UCV), created in 1986, as an organ of dissemination of the results of R & D developed in various areas of Engineering and Basic Sciences. Editorial "Technological Innovation (Edit)" from the Faculty of Engineering of the UCV edits and publishes the technical journal. The periodicity of the journal is quarterly. The Journal of the Faculty of Engineering will participate in the 13th edition of the International Congress of Numerical Methods in Engineering and Applied Sciences - CIMENICS 2016 under a special edition dedicated to papers rigorously selected by the organizers session of Congress. This special issue will be the responsibility of editing a Invited Editorial Committee.
Upon selection of the Final Papers, the authors will be consulted by the Invited Editorial Committee and after a declaration of agreement between the parties, will proceed to send the article to the journal (in the format specified by the journal of the Faculty of Engineering ). In this case, only the abstract of the article will appear in the CIMENICS Proceedings, whereas the Final Paper will be published in the special issue of the Journal.
